This town home is located west of route 41 on a point surrounded by water. Views face undeveloped mangrove preserve and Gulf bay salt waters. Imagine watching dolphins splash as the sun sets from your private lanai. There is a huge boat dock for fishing. Easy Gulf access, no bridges. Walk or bike to beach! Kayak the official Canoe trail, canals or bay.

Both A and B have their own washer and dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, private decks above, covered patios below, French doors to views, and ceiling fans in every room. Each has their own private parking bays and each has own two outdoor stairways. Flooring is Prego, tile in bathrooms and carpet in bedrooms.

Side A has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with gigantic unheated pool. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths are upstairs plus office / den and large open kitchen. Master suite has a walk-in closet. Down the outside stairs is a huge bedroom, separate bath, lots of storage (with your beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, floats...), washer/dryer and laundry tub (all screened in). Below apt. is your covered parking stall.

Sleeping arrangements are: Upstairs master- queen bed, upstairs quest -2 twins, downstairs- queen and a single pull out couch.

Apt. A's amenities- Free WiFi, free long distance to US and Canada from land line phone, Lots of TV channels thru cable. TV in living room and master. On property (shared with apt. B) are kayaks, bikes and grille.

Xmas/Holiday week $1,500, Jan. $4,200 or $1,200 week, Feb.$4,500 by month only, March $4,500 by month only and April $3,900 or $1,300 week

clean fee $150, Pet fee $50 each week, $25 per person over 6 people, 10% tax and  $200 Refundable damage deposit.
