This home is located directly across from pristine six mile Bonita Beach. Bike path in front of home to County nature park or drive 2 miles north to the "Doggie Beach"! The Official crosswalk to the beach is 5 houses to the south. The bay runs behind the house with boat rentals at the end of the block and boat ramp. Jet Ski rentals and parasailing at south end of the beach.

There is a large 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment upstairs and a separate 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment downstairs. Both have deep screened lanai's that run the width of the house for outdoor Florida living and dining. Lots of sliders and French doors. Both are cheerfully and tropically furnished and stocked right down to the blenders and placemats. Both Apartments have ceiling fans in every room. In the garage there is a washer and dryer, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, swim toys and gas grill. Just bring your toothbrush!

Downstairs kitchen/living combo is a little small but outdoor lanai makes for expanded living space. Screened lanai has second dining table, chaise lounge, comfy chair and ceiling fan.

Amenities for both apts.- Free WiFi, Free long distance from land line to US and Canada. Lots of TV channels thru cable. TVs in both living rooms and master bedrooms.

Sleeping arrangements- Queen in bedroom, pull out couch in living area.

Xmas/Holiday week $725, Jan.$2,700, Feb.$3,100, March$3,100, April$2,400 month or $650 week.

Clean fee$100, Pet fee $50 each week, 11% tax, $200 Refundable damage deposit (no tax on that)
